It is an accelerated training in the specialties of building and others, for young recruits and civilians, with an educational level of from the 6^th years of basic education successfully to the 9^th years not completed according to the speciality requested. The training lasts 9 months and crowned by the Certificate of Competence (CC) issued by the Ministry of Professional Training and Employment
